"We had the best time! It is a gorgeous and spacious house, and the beach and dock were perfect. Frank was so kind and easy to work with and we would all love to stay here again- highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and clean. It was well-stocked with games, movies, and books. The back deck was a peaceful place to be in the mornings, in the sunshine, with a view of the river. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen had an assortment of items - we would have appreciated some tupperware, or tin foil/cling wrap, as we had no way of storing leftovers appropriately between meals. Overall, we had a restful stay and would definitely come back!"

"We sought a large home for a special family birthday, with multiple bedrooms, roomy eating and living areas, and water access for recreation. This house met all our requirements and more. Our grandchildren, from teen to preschool, loved the multiple kayaks, the crab traps, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, swimming in the heated pool, finding oyster shells along the shoreline. "This place is amazing for a large family getaway! Pet friendly and kid friendly. There isn’t too much around the area, but having access to a pool, the boats and canoes, fishing/crabbing supplies, and the large living area made this perfect for our trip. Multiple rooms, multiple couches and multiple areas to play board games. Definitely worth a second trip and the owner (Tom) made everything incredibly easy Thank you again for letting us use your lovely home! "
