"We fully enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal, the staff all very friendly and accommodating. Location was so convenient, you can come right out onto the street and there’s a convenience store steps from the entrance! The gym is quite minimal, so we went to the Marina du Albufeira and got a week’s pass at the Luxury Fitness there. The pillows are a bit on the small/soft side, but I’m sure they would have given us extras had we asked (we were always just so tired when we got back to the room!) We also found the room quite soundproof, despite being so close to the busy street and pool. "

"Hotel is located near the major entertainment streets around the beach The hotel has plenty of swimming pool/deck area for sunbathing. Also large number of chairs and umbrellas down at the beach There's a small but well equipped gym. Good WiFi everywhere. The casino has lots of slot machines, roulette and blackjack tables. My wife liked the breakfast, but for me the scrambled eggs were very watery (minor detail)"

"Newly renovated Oasis suites were roomy and very clean. Great staff. Fine, but not great food. Beach access is limited and major seeeweed issue."

"The hotel is AMAZING so are the staff!! The room had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The swallows were so cute flying around the greenery. The pool was great! Every 2 chairs had an umbrella. We went down to the beach but you have to reserve chairs and pay for them which we didn’t not so we sat on the sand for a little while. They have 4 restaurants which we only went to 2 we had buffet breakfast that had a lot to choose from and. Are at the Italian restaurant 2x food is excellent and Rita is the sweetest! All in all it’s ***** Much needed beach relax after site seeing Lisbon and Porto"

"The staff was wonderful, as was the restaurant food and the facilities. Of all the locations at which my wife and I stayed during three weeks in Europe, the Dom Jose was the cleanest and most comfortable. Rui, who worked the front desk, was great, as were all of the staff. The only complaint was that there was no on-site parking, which meant paid parking near the beach or parking a distance from the hotel. Otherwise, we'd visit again."

"Everything was Great! My Only suggestion would be for the food to be kept hotter during the buffet. Or having Microwaves available to heat food. For the rooms, small wash clothes would be helpful (only had large hand towels to wash up with). "
