A bright and breezy apartment with 2 bedrooms and a balcony facing the ocean won’t disappoint you! Relax on the private terrace or in the living room enjoying colorful sunsets after long day trips, excursions, and days at the beach.
The Privilege Residence has lots of great amenities including a rooftop pool with a lounge area and sun beds. A short ride to Patong's main strips, malls and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
The living area has a large Smart TV and a comfy sofa to hang out with your family and friends. Private Wi-Fi for working online or streaming. Dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for your convenience.
The bedrooms are en-suite with king size beds. The bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a bathtub as well.
The rooftop swimming pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check in.

-Sky Bar Restaurant (they serve breakfast and lunch at an extra fee - not included in our price)

Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included in the price.
Cleaning during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

As per request by the Building administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.
