"The owner of the hotel Francesca is literally there 24/7. You get anything that you need in a heartbeat. The room is really big, it also had a balcony and a spacious shower room. The lake is very close therefore it is easy to walk or cycle there. We rented the bikes just for €5 for a half day from the hotel. A boat ride to the Island was very enjoyable. There is also a newly built gym. A massive supermarket just 5min walk from the hotel. The train station about 20min walk. We took a train to Assisi (about 1h), which was absolutely stunning. This hotel is a good value for money. There is no luxury, but it fully reflects the price, which suited us perfectly. I would highly recommend it!!!"

"I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast. The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Air on included. Parking included. Rooms were quiet despite property being near a road. "

"Property was in great lication to middle of resturant area. Lots to choose from. Only issue was this weekend was kick off to their local festival, and had music in park (very loud) until 2am. Other than that, its Italy and there is a festival somewhere almost anywhere you go in summer."
