"There was plenty of room for my family of 7, having a pool table was lots of fun. Morning coffee and sunsets on patio were just like pictures in listing. You need to have a higher clearance vehicle to travel on the road up to the place. Security was nice and property manager was very helpful. Place is less then 10 min drive to the beach and perfect place to stay."

"This spot is an amazing balance between privacy and location to the beach. You’re up high enough to have amazing views of the ocean and sunset while at the same time being able to walk to the beach and be close to town. The private pool was a much needed bonus to the experience as well. Having contact with the Rich Coast team was also super helpful navigating activities and questions about our stay. Will definitely be back!"

"The property was beautiful and accurately reflective of the photos. Great amenities. Beach is 20 min walk away and grocery store is just 10 min walk down the path. Property manager Dean was helpful. One thing to note is the pool bar in the complex and the beach club only takes credit card and not Costa Rican colones. "
