"A lovely location with full use of the grounds which we greatly enjoyed, strolling with our dog around the pond and the meadow and sitting out in the secluded garden when the weather permitted. The house was comfortable and well equipped, and best of all, peaceful. The house is well located for visiting the countryside and north coast of Devon. A slight quibble, in that, on a cold wet first day, the house was not warm enough, but that was quickly remedied with the owners, who were very helpful...

"The setting & area was ideal for getting out & about, if you have a dog 🐶 the garden was great. The cottage had every convenience & was definitely home from home, our only negative was bathroom downstairs. I didn't realise this when I looked at the cottage, for most people no problem. Late 70's a bit of an issue middle of the night, but we had a fabulous Christmas & few day's. Certainly would recommend to our younger friends & family."

"A spacious, very comfortably furnished large house. Extremely well facilitated kitchen with a beautiful, old wooden dining table. Views to die for! Minor points: GF bedroom off the dining area needs blackout curtains and its bathroom needs frosted glass."

"This property is first class. Clean, comfortable, quiet with a beautiful view and deer visiting the garden. The location is great with Dunster in easy reach for pub lunches and cream teas, and Minehead just a little further for all the essentials. We love this part of the country and will definitely be adding this place to our favourites. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Hope to return again in future."

"The property is well situated for exploring Exmoor, both on foot and by car. A short walk takes you to Exford where there are 2 pubs and a teashop(the hub for star gazing nights on a Thursday). There is also a fantastic playground on the green. We were welcomed with home baked bread, spreads and a delicious cake. The cottage has everything, even towels for our dog. There was milk and butter in the fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. The garden is gorgeous and was so relaxing sitting in the...

Property on seaward side of Irsha Street and like all the others that side of the street it gave straight onto the estuary with dramatic views every day, and wonderful sunsets."
