The property was gorgeous a bit dated but undergoing renovations. The food was good, the best was Don Pablo Gourmet make reservations with your concierge. And contact the hotel immediately because Expedia was not helpful in checking in to my hotel on the app so that i could make these dinner reservations.
The pool area was clean and the entertainment was great, the staff were very friendly so if you like personal space hang out at the quiet pool or beach. Drinks were good many pina coladas by the pool and espresso martinis in the lobby. The wine was all served cold even the red... IYKYK

Was a bit disappointed with the service. This was my third time staying at emotions and by far the worst service I have experienced here. We paid extra for a room with the swim up pool and did not get to enjoy it until the third day after calling front desk twice requesting for the pool to be cleaned. Our first night we had to call twice to request towels because the room did not have any.
Other than that, the coffee shop was as good as always, the beach clean and peaceful and the restaurants were delicious.
