A wonderful recently refurbished traditional property composed of one double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor where guests will also find a fully eqquiped kitchen where they can prepare their own meals, a WC, and a living area with a smart TV.
Through a staircase to the top floor, the space opens to the two spacious double bedrooms, one of which also offers a sofa that can be turned into a single bed increasing the house capacity to 7 guests in total. From this room you have direct access to the outdoor verandas. In between the two bedrooms, a WC with shower is also available for guests' convenience on this floor and the entrance to the outside terrace.
From here the top floor's surrounding veranda welcomes guests with sitting areas and a luxury corner with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi from where the views are magnificent. An outdoor shower is also available for guests' use before or after diping into the hot tub.

The houses’ two verandas (ground & top floor) overlook the vineyard in front, the views of the city below, the sea, and the sunset in the distance, creating the perfect set for a unique summer experience where someone can enjoy comfort and serenity.

Part of a two-house complex within the same plot Sunset House shares the surrounding areas such as the vineyard in front, the gardens, and the parking area with a smaller apartment right next to it which can accommodate another 4 guests in a double bed and 2 in sofa beds and can be rented together for larger groups. The houses are private and independent, one from the other.
