"Good location. But when it rains, outside the hotel kind of stinks. Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail. Staff is fantastic. If you need something, it's just a call away and they respond right away. The massage center is absolutely fantastic. Great way to relax "

"Hotel staff were really good"

"We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online.When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list. We were shocked and asked him to recheck. Even showed him the confirmation email from hotels.com as well as through the app.He called the manager, who gave us sketchy vibes. The manager said the following in the sequence below :1. First he said that they had no reservation from us.2. Then he said, they always have this problem with hotels.com.3. Next he said, their policy is full pre-payment and they had received our reservation from hotels.com and had reached out to them for the payment. However they had not heard back from hotels.com and therefore could not honor the reservation and therefore gave up our room to someone else.. what?!?!So as he was making up these stories, we figured out that they had acted in an unethical manner and given up our room to someone else so that they could get money immediately.We rushed to find another hotel for the night, which was tough since the paro festival was going on. The kind folks at Nirvana inn helped out and we had a place to stay for the night.So beware of these fraudsters and avoid them all costs!"

"Beautiful luxury camper, the room is super clean and comfortable bed, everything looks new and staff is amazing. Food is excellent and affordable price . I wish I could stay longer but my time in Bhutan is limited due to tourism fees. Highly recommended for this hotel . "

"Thought it would be noisy being at the Paro Main City but I was surprised with a very peaceful stay with a view of Paro Dzong on one side and Paddy Field view at other Side. Staff were so clam and fullfilled our every demand. Service was very flexible. Realy had a great stay. "

"Lovely hotel just outside town and in a great location convenient for an early morning trip to Tigers Nest. Surrounding area is lovely. Beautiful mountains. Hotel has a very pretty garden to sit in and to relax after your climb to the monastery! Staff are charming. Room that we had was large, clean. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant good. Local, Indian, Chinese food and French fries which were great. Would certainly recommend!! "

"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "

"Hotel is a little more worn than images show, but the location is excellent. Balcony was a nice touch, but I didn't learn about it until my last night as the hotel didn't mention it when showing me the room."
