"Comfortable hotel, exceptional customer service and professional employees. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable-Kng bed w/pull-out sofa w/ incredible view of Lk Superior. Note: coffee table and end table were off the floor and had been placed upside down on the sofa and desk. I'm guessing that housekeeping had vacuumed and then simply forgot to replace them. It's to note because if one is disabled, they would need to call the front desk for assistance. Also, the pool and whirlpool are VERY, VERY small - tiniest I've ever seen in fact. They said capacity was just over 30 - there is no way 30 could ever fit in there. Breakfast had variety with something for everyone and was fresh! "

"This is an older hotel, but that said it suited my needs as a solo female traveler, stopping to sleep. It’s was very quiet and felt very safe. Hot shower with good water pressure and the bed was comfortable, too. I would stay here again with my family or alone if needing an affordable place to stop for the night. I left before breakfast, but they did have a fresh pot of coffee with your basic 1/2 and 1/2 creamer, sugars etc (thankfully not powered creamer:))"
