1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Family ski trip

Great location. Close to ski mountain and town. Very beautiful property. Quiet location. Only one small issue, very firm mattresses.

Perfectly Appointed and Very Close

This unit was such a nice get away for me and my 15yo daughter for a Spring Break ski trip. The location of the unit was convenient to both Park City and Snow Park Lodge (Deer Valley Resort) with quick access via the bus system. The unit had parking underneath which made unloading close and convenient. Most importantly, the place was very nice, comfortable and clean. As seen in the pictures, this unit has been very nicely updated. My teenage daughter loved the upgraded bathroom and enjoyed her nightly "luxurious" baths. Heated floors in the entry and bathrooms were a plus. This place we will definitely put on our return to list. Property management was easy to do deal with, courteous, and responsive to questions.
