Удобная квартира в прекрасном квартале

Квартира удобная, чистая, в хорошем состоянии. Прекрасный квартал, удобная транспортная доступность, вся необходимая торговля - совсем рядом. Единственное, что немного огорчает, - квартира темновата. Окна выходят в узкий двор, солнце туда не заглядывает, неба не видно. Хотелось бы, зная об этой сумрачности, добавить в квартиру немного больше светильников.
