Magnificent one bedroom apartment and a brand new living room in a Haussmanian building. Ideally located in the heart of Paris, my accommodation, warm, modern, tastefully decorated by professionals, and fully equipped is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

34 m2 air-conditioned apartment on the 1st floor with lift, composed of:
- A living room, with sofa bed and television
- A fully equipped open kitchen (electric hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed and television
- 1 shower room with toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. The cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.: 30 euros
After 11 p.m.: 50 euros
