The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with stairs up to the entrance. It is a duplex apartment split over 2 levels.

MAIN FLOOR

LIVING & DINING ROOM
A stylish and relaxing space, this room offers a circular dining table and chairs, with a bookcase beside it. There living area boasts retro furnishings including two sofas, a sleek coffee table and impressive artwork on the wall. There is a television as well, next to the windows. An interesting feature of the room is the glass ceiling above- allowing views of the living room from the upstairs level.

KITCHEN
Open-plan from the living area, is the kitchen. With a minimalist, modern aesthetic, the kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.

WC
There is a WC and basin for convenience. Please note, there is no WC on the upper floor.

UPPER FLOOR

Upstairs leads you to the bedrooms and shower room.

FIRST BEDROOM
This bedroom has a tranquil feel, with a double bed, bookcase and large mirror. The room is also en suite.

EN SUITE
The en-suite bathroom has turquoise tiles and includes a basin, as well as a walk-in shower.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is light, with a King-size bed in the centre and television on the wall opposite. The room has an open bathroom, with a beautiful freestanding bath, as well as a basin and mirror, on the far side of the room.

This trendy, quaint condo stay was perfect— couldn’t have been happier with the location and feeling like we were locals. The owners helped when we needed a little air flow with fans and the place was adorable! Definitely would stay again!!

Stylish and well located, but not the most practical

Our stay was relatively good but could have been better. The apartment was well located and stylishly decorated, but the cleanliness and functionality of the space could have been better. The toilet, shower, and bathtub are in three separate rooms. Beds are comfy but one room has no windows or air conditioner. We felt the space was a bit cluttered and could have been more clean (the sink had some crumbs of food and the floors could use a mop). I was a bit disappointed by the lack of flexibility of check in and check out- Veeve was not able to accommodate a later check out and that a member of the team took a bit of a tone with me when I had to postpone my check in due to an unavoidable flight delay. I loved the location but wouldn’t be likely to stay here again.

Cozy aparment on quiet mews

The description for the place is a little confusing for American visitors. 2 bathrooms implies 2 toilets. I realize that WC means toilet now. The apartment is nice and modern, but not accommodating for a family with kids under 12. The tables and furniture have sharp edges. Also, the house could have been cleaner with dust in certain areas and dog hairs in various places. The unit provided ample linens and shampoo/conditioner, but very few soap bars. We had to purchase our own soap. The TV did not provide an option for major subscription services like Netflix. Adding that would be a nice touch for visitors who do not speak French. The in person welcome was a very nice touch. The person who helped us get settled in was very nice and helpful. The key to the front door was difficult to use. I was able to open it, but my wife was not. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property due to the location and size of the property for downtown Paris. There were minor things that could have made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Hope this review comes as constructive feedback and not criticisms.

Perfect location and great apartment.

We really appreciated the apartment. It was exactly as described and very comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood and very easy to access from multiple metro lines. I hope we can one day return to the same place! Thank you!!

Retro in Le Marais

Let me begin by stating that initial reservation cancelled at last minute and was able to book this property. Property is in very nice part of Paris in the Le Marais District. Area is very secure and quiet. It is a fourth floor property with no elevator. To access the bedroom areas, another flight of stairs must be climbed. The apartment was listed as two bedrooms with two baths; "assumption" made that two baths included water closet in each bath. Though inconvenient, we adjusted to the situation. The listing included washer and tumble dryer; upon arrival were informed that listing was incorrect relative to dryer. Nespresso coffee maker inoperable. Apartment less than clean upon arrival. We were there for ten days without change of bed linens and had to request extra towels. Four towels for four adults for ten days is skimpy. Could have been handled if apartment had dryer. Though weather for our stay was pleasant, suggest fans be made available for warmer months as no A/C in unit. The staff of Veeve was helpful and accommodating.
