The room is completely private (living room area, veranda, bedroom and bathroom), only the garden is shared.

Note that you must use a staircase to access the bedroom and bathroom and that sheets and towels are provided.

You have access to a private suite next to my apartment. The garden is also shared.
To get to the apartment, it's best to use public transport (metro 5 minutes away).
There is paid parking in the streets around the apartment.

The apartment is located in the bohemian neighborhood of Ménilmontant, 10 minutes' walk from 2 legendary parks (Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Parc de Belleville) and the historic Père Lachaise Cemetery. Museums and tours just around the corner. Numerous greengrocers and food shops nearby.

The Télégraphe and Place des Fêtes metro stations are just 5 minutes away.
