Welcome to our charming ground-floor apartment, the perfect setting for your stay in Paris. Die Lage war unübertroffen! Internet funktionierte einwandfrei und war auch schon im Preis inbegriffen, Alles war sauber und vorhanden ( sogar Kaffeepads für die Kaffeemaschine sowie Teebeutel und Willkommenswasser), Geschirr, Töpfe, Handtücher und Zusatzdecken, sogar ein Bügeleisen im Schrank— nichts hat gefehlt!, Die automatisierte Schlüsselübergabe und —Rückgabe via Beschreibung und Safe im Hausflur klappte gut, Was nan wissen muss: Es ist ein kleines Apartment, im Erdgeschoss eines( nicht schönen) Innenhofs ohne Aussicht, die Eingangstür befindet sich unmittelbar neben den Müllentsorgungsraümen ( davon merkt man dann aber nichts wenn man im Appartment ist) Die beiden separaten, mit Doppelbetten ausgestatteten Zimmerchen haben auch kein Fenster! Die Besitzer haben jedoch das Beste aus den Quadratmetern rausgeholt, So haben Sie zum Beispiel Tageslichtimitationslampen und ein Fensterbild mit Himmel in den Zimmern installiert und damit man keine Platzangst bekommt Fenstglas zur zentral gelegenen Wohnküche eingebaut, Wir fanden das clever gelöst! Weiteres kleines Manko ist, dass man natürlich nicht so gut lüften konnte ( nur eine kleine Fensterklappe über der Tür, ich hatte dann abends die Tür) Wir waren den ganzen Tag in Paris unterwegs, Die Lage war wie gesagt unübertroffen, Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns etwas zu essen machen können, Für uns als vierköpfige Familie war es ideal, zumal wir für 3 Nächte insgesamt knapp 600 Euro zahlten, Ein fairer Preis! Wenn man jedoch als Pärchen einen Romantik Urlaub in Paris plant möchte man vielleicht noch ein Zimmer mit Aussicht, Das wird dann wahrscheinlich aber auch nicht für 200 € zu haben sein? 500 EuriSicherheitsdeposit über Kreditkarte hatte uns etwas verunsichert, hat aber alles gut geklappt, Vielleicht sollte man das bei Booking noch mal angeben, dass der Besitzer das fordert — nur damit man es weiß!

Estancia muy agradable, Los anfitriones son excelentes y el apartamento está bastante completo, El único problema es que el bar de enfrente hacía mucho ruido por las noches, entrando y saliendo al patio, lo que hacía que se encendiera la luz y no dejaba dormir a quien estaba en el sofá, Y por las mañanas temprano empezaban los ruidos del mismo lugar, Para una estancia corta, está muy bien para conocer París,
