Charming, quiet and fully equipped one bedroom flat ideally located in a magnificent building in the centre of Paris, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. The location is trendy, chic and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's trendy bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Paris vacation

Quiet and comfortable, near Musée Picasso

Quiet yet in a great location. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Found everything as described. Small, but we managed 12 days without any dramas despite being in our 70s! We enjoyed our stay.

Magical trip to Paris

This cute apartment was perfect for a three night stay for 3 people. The location was excellent. We felt very safe walking in the area and there were great shops and restaurant choices. Great communication with the Hosts as well . Would recommend this place .😊👏

Incredible location/modern apartment

Nice, modern apartment with a great location in the Marais. Issues with lock on main door and washer/dryer were promptly addressed (took a couple tries on the washer/dryer), but the team was very responsive and wanted to please. The apartment gets warm as there is no cross ventilation, so only an issue if it is warm outside. I would rent again.

Paris Apartment Stay - just ok

Regarding the apartment, it was in a great location! And it was nice to have a washer/dryer there. But as you know, we had some issues with the place. Firstly, I basically don’t speak French, and Johanna didn’t speak English well enough to always understand our needs. She kept referring us to the videos she sent, but they didn’t always match the appliances and were often such poor quality that it was hard to see what we were meant to do. The push buttons on the hotplate/stove top and heaters were very sensitive and needed to be pushed in just the right way or it didn’t work. The tv was the biggest issue. After going back and forth with her she finally sent someone out to look at it and the guy discovered that two of the cables were broken, so no wonder it didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it until the next day. Also, the only English language channels were news; we finally found Netflix, but you had to create your own account in order to use it. I understand that most places in Paris are going to be small, and maybe this apartment meets the expectations and standards of similar rentals in Paris, but I want you to be aware of some of the set up so you can decide whether you want to refer others to this place in the future: there was no mat to step out of the shower on; there was no safe to for valuables; none of the shelves in the closet were big enough to keep an open carry-on bag; the coffee mugs did not fit the coffee maker. Zentrales Appartment

Das Appartement liegen egt sehr schön zentral im Marais,von wo aus man Vieles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die nächste Metro Station ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Problematisch war das Einchecken,denn das Haupteingangstor war geschlossen und nur mit einem Code zu öffnen,der allerdings von den Vermietern nicht mitgeteilt worden war. So musste uns ein Mieter,der zufällig vorbei kam, uns zum Schlüsselsafe für die Wohnung lassen. Problematisch auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern bzw.deren Agentur: Weder Mail noch Telefonat wurden beantwortet.
