This luxury and brand new 3 bedroom villa is perfectly located in Pernera, Protaras, a mere 10 minute walk to Pernera centre where a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops are located. A little further you will also find the beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy the sun loungers, water sports and a nice swim.
The villa is situated on the prestigious Panorama Village which is a gated resort of holiday and residential beautifully finished detached villas.
As you enter the villa you are immediately taken back by the beauty of the lush gardens.
In the lounge area there is a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 people, a large widescreen smart TV with Neflix, Youtube, Prime, Spotify and much more. There are hundreds of T.V. channels and fast wifi.
The lounge leads to the dining area where there is a table and 6 chairs next to the large patio doors leading to the pool and garden.
In the fully furnished kitchen you will find everything you need including a dishwasher and all appliances.
From the kitchen which leads you to the patio area where there is another dining table and six chairs for Al Fresco Dining.
The large private heated pool measuring 12 X 4 metres is surrounded by beautiful plants, trees and flowers also boats a built in Jacuzzi. Pool heating is optional and charged at 60 Euros per day.
There is also a few extra table and chairs in parts of the garden where you to relax. One of them is next to the banana, orange & passion fruit trees. The fresh fruit in the garden is there for you to enjoy.
You can also enjoy some amazing food with the barbeque area which has a worktop and sink for your convenience.
There is private parking and street parking available.
Inside the villa on the ground floor there is a W.C. next to the stairs leading to the first floor.
On the first floor you can enjoy the pool and garden views from the stunning terrace with a table and chairs & a Shisha.
You will find the first double bedroom, the family bathroom, a twin bedroom ( 2 single beds ) and the master ensuite double bedroom. We can add an extra foldaway bed for a 3rd person/child in this room.
On the first floor there is a wifi booster to ensure connection is possible throughout. Air conditioning is in all rooms and is included in the cost.
A car rental is recommended however not essential and can be arranged and delivered to the villa from 30 Euros per day.
