"We loved it. However, we expected a better room than room 502... 502 had a bit of a mold smell and with so many other rooms available we expected to be placed at a better room... However, as we spent most of the days out surfing, it was not too bad."

"The staff was amazing! From the reception desk to the waiters and not to mention the bartenders. Everyone was so friendly and with a great attitude some even knew me by name. We had one problem with one of our rooms but we got the issue resolved and they moved us rooms. The shows were great and the food was really good. Some all inclusive resorts the food & alcohol is not it but here I’d have to say there was something for everyone even the buffet style food was good. I would definitely come back to this hotel. "

"This property was perfect for our family! The pool was great, restaurant options were delicious, and the beach was beautiful and convenient. We watched beautiful sunsets and had a very relaxing time. There were activities available throughout the day like mixology classes, cooking classes, yoga, bike rides, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!"
