"Okay so it's a capsule hotel so you gotta be aware of what that is. Every time i walked outside i was surprised to not be in Tokyo (where i stayed in a capsule). The rooms are cleaner than the lobby area. The capsule itself, i did no windows but that was hardcore for a week. How can i put this, you really have to know yourself to be able to be in a windowless room. Days melt, time is irrelevant. It's a modern shiny spaceship. The best part is the private bathroom and the blazing fast wifi. Arrive during the day or you're going to be second guessing yourself because next door is a large abandoned office park covered in Graffiti. But the hotel and area is safe. This area was bustling but the covid lock downs killed it and it hasn't bounced back yet. Grocery store, small mall is close. Campus across the street has some cool bars and places to chill. Uber is 21 euro to Central. It's nice to find a cheap spot kinda close to the craziness of west, north and central Amsterdam. Wandering around knowing i have a safe quiet place with a bathroom was nice. All of the staff i met and a few travelers were all very nice even with the usual kind of sketched out vibe Amsterdam has in general. They should rent out cubicles with internet you can plug into on the 4th floor. That would be great. Solo travelers, people too old for a hostile and female travelers - I definitely recommend. Please don't judge a book by it's cover, it's the safest I've felt in awhile. Thank you Capsule. Cheers!"

"This is a basic affordable hotel. It was clean, easy to get to and comfortable. The Airport shuttle is great. Would definitely stay again."

"Newish hotel with convenient free parking with easy in/out access. Close to Schiphol, but as typical in such airport-friendly areas, there's really nothing close you can walk to. If you don't want to drive and need to eat, you're restricted to the hotel restaurant, which served its purpose. The staff were efficient and helpful, room had space to move around and was clean and modern - although the windows were glazed over so while the light crept in, you couldn't see out. Positive experience and would stay again."

"Where can I begin...from start to finish excellent facilities, location and service. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous staff. Went the extra mile helping us plan itineraries, guide us on where and how to go. Even printed out the tickets for our hop on hop off bus tour. I want to give a shout out to one person in particular, Ronald, you know who you are!. I think you epitomise all that is good about Best Western Plus. You deserve recognition for your lovely manner, friendly yet always professional. I am sure you will go far in your career. Normally I look for a new city break each time, but there is still a vast amount of Amsterdam's cultural pearls I have yet to discover. And I would recommend the Hoopddorf Best Western Plus for anyone who is visiting for a short break. It is the "Best" and Ronald and rest of stafd made it the "plus".
