Awful!!

The house is nice, the owner not so much. He lives next door and you will feel like you are being watched the whole time. The house said it had a hot tub and it didn’t. The air didn’t work. Host didn’t bother getting it fixed, said we froze it up. It had been 80 since we got there. He said he wasn’t going to charge extra for having 6 people bc we didn’t get a hot tub but he lied when I got home vrbo has requested extra money. House states it sleeps 6 and host is saying only two people comes with nightly rental and trying to charge extra for children. I contacted vrbo and now he is state we messed up carpet. He is a liar. I travel a lot and have never had an experience like this one. I would never bother my guest if I lived next door!!!!
