West facing studio-style condo with a sunset view every night! Character and charm with this studio condo in the historic Fontainebleau Terrace. This unit is beachfront with beach views for miles. Recent updates include open ceilings, LVP flooring, completely remodeled bathroom, brand new queen bed & sleeper sofa and stainless steel appliances. Fontainebleau Terrace offers, newly remodeled pool, two large open terraces, gym, grills, onsite laundry and brand new elevator.

Sleep up to 3 in this studio-style condo. The living area doubles as a bedroom with a bonus queen sofa bed. 2 people on the queen mattress and 1 person on the sleeper sofa. This condo is a great option for couples or small families. When staying at Fontainebleau Terrace, you are just steps away from the sand and sun. Spend your days lounging at the community pool, walking the beach, or building sandcastles with your kids. Your kids will spend an endless number of hours splashing around in the pool. Not to mention, the community BBQ grills provide the perfect spot to cook hotdogs or a fresh catch of the day for dinner one night or every night during your stay.

Within walking distance, you'll have several restaurants and things to do, and a quick drive will take you to many more eateries, shops, and activities. If that's not enough, the very center of Panama City Beach is just four miles southeast by car, and with it fun, family-friendly sights like Wonderworks' science exhibits and laser tag, the world-famous Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, and more!

Parking notes:
Parking is located on the front of the building and on either side of the building. The amount of parking spaces available is very, very limited at this time and are first come, first serve. These spaces require a Parking Pass. The parking pass will be left in the condo upon your arrival. Per the Homeowners' Association, each condo is allowed only ONE Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a 'Limited Parking-Pass' which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. You may also park at the "Nothing Over a Dollar" store as Fontainbleau Terrace has purchased this lot and using it for parking - 14400 Front Beach Road.

Fontainebleau owner's association nor the property management company will not accept any liability if your car is towed by the city.

Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.

Wristbands must be always worn while on the property and will be present in the condo for you. When you depart, be sure to take only your memories and not the wristbands!

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and sign a rental agreement to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival in the form of a link to our digital guestbook. The reservation must be paid in full and the rental agreement signed before this link will be emailed out.

No smoking allowed. No pets allowed except for legally protected service animals per the HOA rules and regulations.

We are also accepting long term/snowbird guests between the months of November to the end of February. Please inquire for snowbird rental rates.
