Panama City has something to offer for everyone. Take a serene walk through Saint Andrews State Park and experience a unique view of the Gulf from the jetty. For a day trip down the coast, Pier Park is where you will find favorite shopping spots, restaurants, and beach activities galore! There are several other popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkin’ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf and Grand IMAX Theater. This was the first time staying at this hotel and also booking through Vacasa. Let me tell you I will be doing the same thing next year and staying in the same place. This booking system is so helpful and this hotel is in the perfect location for me and it was so clean and not too crowded. I enjoyed my entire stay!

We’ve been to PCB before! This was our 2nd year staying at Seychelles and we love it! I brought along some family to enjoy the experience with! They loved it despite the double red flags on the beach all week!! Can’t wait until next June!!

Awful maintenance of the 508 unit. Living rug in poor condition, living room seats was pretty dirty and …🤢 Many appliances not working , beach chair and patio furniture broken (dangerous). Master bath door no locks and garbage disposal not working.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing. I have to remember this is a vacation rental and will probably never look perfect but the corners on all walls were damaged and chipped up, the white trim was really scuffed up making it look dirty. Could probably just use a paint job. No issues with the appliances, pizza pan should be replaced or just bring some stuff from home. The outdoor furniture was new, not the fanciest but functional and in good shape. Previous reviews about the rug were addressed because the rug was just gone (good choice), I would rather have nothing then something ragged looking. Bathrooms were clean. Bed was fine for us but I can see where others said it was lacking. The children enjoyed the bunk beds. Would probably book again. Heated pool was nice as well. Thanks.

I really enjoyed staying here… the view was perfect!! The bed was cozy!! My daughter said she never wanted to leave!! My recommendations would be to add a few board games or sets of cards for rainy days!!! We were sad to leave! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay! Also the elevators were very quick compared to other places we have stayed in the past.

I loved the emerald blue water of the ocean! However, this condo was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Our refrigerator was broke and I called to have it repaired. A man came and looked at it and brought us a mini fridge. He said it was a manufacturer problem and GE would have to come look at it. In the meantime brought us and mini fridge and GE never came to look at it. We had to buy coolers for our groceries which of course resulted in 2-3 bags of ice a day. It was a HUGE inconvenience. The kitchen is lacking everything to cook. There’s a pan to cook one egg in. No baking sheets, coffee cups, kitchen cooking utensils, sink stopper. But there is a HUGE stock pot if your looking to make a big batch of vegetable soup while you’re there. Or it can be used to heat water on the stove to wash dishes in. There was not hot water in the kitchen and the lack of stink stopper made it hard to wash dishes. I thought I was on a camping trip while I was cooking and cleaning in the kitchen. There is mold in the master bedroom. The mattresses throughout the entire condo need to be replaced. The hairdryers on the walls are stained with burn marks and missing the plastic protective cover of the heating coils. We brought our own but my gracious, remove the ones from the walls. They look trashy and nobody is going to use them. They are a fire hazard. They are 4 chairs on the balcony. 2 of them, the seats were busted out of and couldn’t be used. The condo was awful! I mean awful! The condominium complex wasn’t bad. The elevators were quick and we hardly ever had to wait for one. Maybe 2-3 mins tops. Which is great considering how crowded check in and check out times were. Lastly, I called after returning home to discuss our experience. We paid $2052 to stay for 5 nights and they “kindly” reimbursed me $140 for the inconvenience of the refrigerator. I’m pretty sure I spent $140 in ice and replacing groceries that had spoiled the first day. Not to mention the coolers I had to purchase to hold the new groceries that had to be bought. So bottom line, look somewhere else for a place to stay! This gets 0/5 stars from us!

2 adults and 3 kids (ages 12, 10, and 5). Mattress in bedroom is comfortable. We ended up putting bunk mattresses on the living room floor along with the sleep sofa mattress. Big tv with netflix option. Water pressure in showers is good. Dryer doesn't seem to work very well but we just air dried our clothes. Kitchen was stocked well for our needs. We bought better dish soap. Elevator wait times were not bad at all. You cannot beat the location. Schooner's is literally right beside the pool. So a 2 hr wait time was nothing as we just put our name on the list and they called/texted when table was ready...we chilled at the pool. Our dolphin tour was just a few blocks from condo. Patches Pub is also just walking distance from condo. PLENTY of Beach chairs/umbrellas. Jet skis also rented at condo. Crabbing at night was the perfect family experience...and free! Any imperfections in unit were likely caused from guests who didn't respect others' belongings. Very happy with our stay!

This place look better than the photos! It was so big and I loved the layout. That balcony was just too gorgeous. I loved that it was quiet and the ocean was so close, I could almost touch it. It was truly a lovely experience and I can't wait to go back!
