Welcome to 'Piccadilly Carriage House', your 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom couple's hideaway in Rosemary Beach.

LOCATION:

Nestled on the far eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, Rosemary Beach is equal parts charming and architecturally captivating. This pristine beach town offers access to four uniquely styled swimming pools (one of which is heated), nine different private beach access points, eight premier Har-Tru tennis courts, a kid's play area, and a short walk to the town square where you'll find unrivaled boutique shopping and dining options.

Piccadilly Carriage House is situated on the edge of Kingston Park and the wooden walkways of Rosemary Beach's Butterfly Garden. The home is a short walk to the Cabana Pool and is just a short 3-minute bike ride or 9-minute walk to the beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

The perfect spot for a getaway, the Piccadilly Carriage House offers almost 700 sq. ft of impeccably-kept living quarters for two guests. The carriage home's main floor offers a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private office area, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The upstairs living quarters within the carriage house offers a king bedroom and smart TV.

AMENITIES:

The home provides a full-size washer and dryer, two beach cruisers for guest use, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

NOTE:

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct or consequential damages..

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

Guests shall be issued with a parking permit/hangtag, which must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in on-street spaces within Rosemary Beach. This home does not have any private parking.

Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.

Your stay will include an RFID amenity pass, which provides access to Rosemary Beach's various community amenities. This pass must remain with the home. Any lost passes will result in a $50 replacement fee per lost pass.

Trash must be bagged and placed inside roller trash cans with the lid fully closed.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.

My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Close enough to walk to and from the beach and all the restaurants within Rosemary. Property was well stocked, clean and comfortable for our stay. Enjoyed having access to full size washer and dryer during our stay as well as 2 bikes. The only drawback is the bedroom being upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs, but we’re able to work around that. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a perfect stay at a perfect place for our mother daughter week away. The space accommodated two adults comfortably. The pools and amenities in the area were also very nice. We appreciated the little extras throughout our stay including being able to check-in early and stay a little later. Good location.

The home was stunning and had anything you could need! Completely walkable to shops, beach, and pools. We enjoyed riding the bikes provided. Although the weather did not cooperate with rain daily we still had a great trip and I would highly recommend!

The property is nice and as described. The carriage house was clean and perfect space for two. Easy access and since it's located North of 30A the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Main complaint is it only comes with one access pass to all pool and beach access gates which can be inconvenient.
