Wake up to Gulf Views at Nest Carriage House. This uniquely positioned carriage house offers guests a Gulf-front experience without the need to rent a cottage. Comfortably sleep up to four guests between the property's king four poster bed and the new queen sleeper sofa.

Nest Carriage House features a full kitchen complete with cooktop, oven, dishwasher and standard fridge along with a full-size washer and dryer. A spacious bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower complete the living space.

Access to the carriage house is through the main house courtyard and up a spiral staircase to the shared balcony which spans the full width of the carriage house complete with outdoor seating and access to a Big Green Egg.
