Incredible, brand new property across the street from the crystal clear beaches at PCB. This home sleeps 28 & has lots of space for entertaining. The walk-up first floor features on each half a huge kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and seating area. First floor patio has large dining table & sectional for your enjoyment. The upstairs features a large prep and living area perfect for small events & has an arcade machine! It features 2 spacious bedrooms & 2 more bathrooms plus an upstairs balcony.

**1st FLOOR
- Spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen. SMART TV 55"
- Bedroom 1 = 1 King Bed, SMART TV 43" + private full bathroom
- Bedroom 2 = 1 Queen Bed, SMART TV 43"
- Additional bath with walk-in shower & separate half bath
- Laundry Room- washer+dryer

**2nd FLOOR
-Spacious living room + GAME AREA
(queen-size sleeper sofa + Twin Bunk Bed in the living area)
-Kitchenette - fully-equipped
-Bedroom 3 = 1 King Bed, SMART TV 43" + private full bathroom
-Bedroom 4 = 1 FULL-OVER-FULL Bunk Bed (2 full size beds) , SMART TV 43"
- Additional bath with walk-in shower & separate half bath
- Private Balcony with outdoor lounge furniture

*Outdoor dining area + fenced backyard
*On site parking for 6 vehicles.

*A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

*Check-in time is 4:00 pm
*Check-out time is 10:00 am

**THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 21 OR OLDER, AND PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY.

*NO SMOKING.
*PET FEE $125 per night for one pet. Pets under 50lbs only.
