Amazing Space

Not happy

I called the office to inform them of the roaches that were in the home. They informed me they would call me back, they did not. I called back to inform them of the stained bed sheets that were on the bed. Still never heard from anyone. I went out for lunch and came back and they had sprayed the room. I wasn’t called or notified and the fumes were loud inside the condo. We had to open the doors, to circulate some fresh air.

Not happy

The property was not clean. Found a lot of hair and make-up in both bathroom drawers. Soap or something dripping from the picture and wall in master bedroom. Used shampoo and conditioner in master shower. Found a dead roach in the silverware drawer that had been there a while. Also killed a few roaches in kitchen area. We didn't get the amenities such as dish washer tabs, laundry pod, paper towel. No sheets or blankets were provided for pull out. Luckily one of one the guest we meet while staying there had extra sheets and gave us a set. I called Vacasa Friday when we realized it they said it was to late to get sheets to us but promised someone would bring ALL missing items Saturday. Later Saturday I called again and was told the items would be delivered, but they never were brought to us. I spent quite a bit of time and energy trying to get the situation fixed, which was time I should have had to spend time with my family. I have rented rooms from Vacasa in the past but never had a issue. I am not happy at all with this stay or the how my complaints have been handle. I paid a cleaning fee but did not get what I paid for.

Laketown Wharf

It is always an awesome place to vacation with family. The view from the room is SPECTACULAR!!!! There were some minor issues with areas not totally clean but I always carry my own cleaning items. I enjoyed my stay and will be back again, hopefully soon.

Loved the way the condo is set up and the view was amazing, need a little bit of furniture upgrades, but overall the experience was phenomenal, definitely one of the best spots to stay at in PCB!!

Overall great!

We did have some issues getting into the property. Our access code for the door was wrong and I had to call to have them give me a new number. It was clean for the most part besides the extra pillows they were pretty gross. The doors to the porch were really difficult to lock and I did not like that because we had 3 littles that could just slide the balcony door open. Other than that we were extremely satisfied and would love to stay again

Check in for parking passes took forever then the people were very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience when asking questions. We waited 65 minutes in line to get an elevator to go to our condo twice to get belongings. When arriving I had to sweep because there was sand everywhere. One moldy shower and the other wouldn’t drain properly. Someone did come fix the drain quickly. Any time you go anywhere the elevator takes 20 to 45 minutes then you’re so sweaty you can’t even go to a restaurant because you feel like you stink. Often elevator rides had 10 people in them with beach chairs and such. If we did hike the 16 floors to our condo the stair well smelled so terrible and you’d have to wait in line for passing people. Pool was closed when it had not even started raining and they asked us to leave.

Awesome weekend

Thanks for the great condo, fully equipped and ready to go. I would suggest you get mattress pads for the bunk beds just to be on the safe side. We only had a 14 yr old in the bottom but with younger ones it would be worth it. View was awesome.

Great location

Condo in great location with easy access to stores and beach. Enjoyed the pools. There was a problem with cockroaches and mold in master shower. Beds were comfortable with the exception of pull-out. Mattress replacement would be an easy fix.

Nice resort but would pick a different room.

Overall nice property, would stay there again but a different room. Nice pools, close to pineapple willys and easy access to the beach. No ceiling fans in any of the rooms to help circulate air and the ac unit seemed to have a hard time keeping up which made It a little warmer than we would of liked especially after a long hot day at the beach. No WiFi, phone service is a little sucky so it would of been nice to have the WiFi. I called the property manager and after having to hold for an hour they said they would get maintenance in touch but never did. I didn’t feel like wasting vacation going back and forth so I never tried again. The beds had only a thin blanket with no sheets to cover up with. No patio furniture, only 2 chairs. Overall not impressed with the room but we still had a great vacation.
