This condo is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. I like the high ceilings, the privacy, and the view. The bed is comfortable and the condo has everything that I needed. As usual, Bill Pederson was so very helpful and nice. He always handles everything so professionally. I will go back as soon as possible.

We had a great stay! The condo was just as pictured and described. Easy check in process and appreciated the code for the door instead of carrying keys! The view is spectacular! The elevators are super quick as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Bill!

Great location and beautiful view! Would definitely stay again and plan on it. The parking area had security and was even asked about my bracelet (forgot to put on). Put I did appreciate that they were looking.

This property was everything as advertised and it was even better in person. Bill was easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a great property with easy parking, fast elevators, easy access to the beach and two pools, and free beach chairs/umbrella, you cannot go wrong here.

We had a great time at Long Beach resort. There were some issues right before check in with some busted pipes where we were supposed to stay but they stayed in contact with us and had us a new one with in minutes. We had to stay in a few different condos due to the circumstances but they were all beautiful and very clean. Close to some great restaurants, gorgeous view, on site security. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The photos were spot on. It was clean and very comfortable for two people. The communication with the property owner was prompt and detailed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants & shops, but best of all the ocean. The sunsets were stunning! The pools - oh my ! Definitely hope to return .

Our room was amazing , and so close to everything.. pool was very nice, beach chairs location was ok. The Hangout closed earlier than we thought the would. Elevators were fast, no wait times. We had the most relaxing time ever. Thank you again..

This property was everything and more than what we expected! I was highly pleased. We had 2 minor issues…we only had 2-bath towels and 1-wash cloth for a week stay. The other thing we thought could make your condo better is next time you update maybe a taller toilet would be nice!?! Thanks for sharing your little place of bliss with us! Hope to be back soon! ❤️

Very clean rental and beautifully decorated. Felt safe, 14th floor was a worry at first but ended up giving is some fantastic views. Comfortable bed, double bath door was great too if anyone had more than 2 people. Kitchen amenities great, even washer and dryer in it! Was great to have. One elevator was out but did not impact our stay. Pools were great. Beach chairs handly and umbrella in the rental agreement. Yay!!!!!! I would let folks know they are the regular ones anyone can rent tho, In other words to go to the beach hut and tell them you need them. Left bath sink dripping so you know but perfectly fine! Loved it!!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and totally love it. The condo was just as the pictures showed very well decorated with new stainless steel appliances what I liked was how most of the light switches had dimmers installed which you could set the mood lighting to your preference. We had trouble with the bedroom TV not getting any cable reception except streaming shows and no network connection even after I tried every input the TV had. Oh well not that big of a deal really. All in all this is a Great condo to rent and had an easy time contacting the owner who was right on top of sending us the access codes, parking and resort access placard, and wristbands you need to access the pool and beach areas. We will be back.
