Casa Julia, a charming cottage with a shared pool and lots of space

Charming Ibiza style house in Pals, Baix Empordà region, surrounded by a large garden, old pine trees with community pool. The house is comfortable, quiet, and ideally located. Golfers have the beautiful Pals golf course right next door. The nearby long sandy beach of Pals is within walking distance and the nature reserve Les Basses d'en Coll, which starts on the other side of the street, is nice for cycling and walking. The house is fantastic for families, as children can easily make friends in the complex. The facility is closed off with fences and entrance gates, so there is no risk of children running onto the street. The complex is only a few km away from the beautiful medieval village of Pals and small bays with crystal water.
The long sandy beach of Pals can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (850m), or in 3 minutes by bike or car. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, golf course, mini golf, padel, tennis court, beautiful bike paths, small bays with clear water and pretty little towns are in the immediate vicinity. An ideal choice for every season.
