The Pearl in Palmetto awaits you whether traveling by land or sea. This newly renovated waterfront escape welcomes you through the breezeway with a large lap pool. The expansive covered deck allows you to sit shaded enjoying the many species of wildlife cruising the canal out back. The sunsets are stunning, and you won’t want to miss them on the upper-level balcony. The open floor plan inside has a large Great Room perfect for everyone to gather around. If you’re into billiards, the pool table and bar area will keep you busy for hours. TVs and Wi-fi throughout with everything updated to keep the whole family entertained. This is a very quiet neighborhood in an ideal location. It is just 20-30 minutes to the Gulf Beaches, St. Petersburg, Anna Maria Island, Cortez, and Sarasota. Tampa International Airport and surrounding Tampa area is 35-45.

In town for work.

I rented the house while I was in town for work. It was a great property and centrally located for my needs of going back/forth to the Clearwater area and the Sarasota area.

Amazing weekend at The Pearl in Palmetto! The home is newly renovated with an amazing outdoor space with great views of the sunset. Brittany the host was very accommodating for anything that was needed during our stay. It was so easy to dock our boat out back and travel a short distance to the nearby sandbars. Overall, great property and owners! I will definitely be back!!
