"I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs...

"This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "

"I was in need of an overnight stay without the hassle of a hotel check in… place was not as easy to find specially in a dark neighborhood. Host was available to direct and repeat directions to get inside the apartment. The shower faucet was hard to control and real hot water was the only way to shower. The bathroom sink was clog. The place was very clean. "

"We were highly satisfied with our stay. The view was breathtaking, it was walking distance from a local supermarket, a Walgreens and some restaurants. They were kind enough to leave us some refreshments to get us through the night when we arrived. The apartment wasn’t modern which is why I gave a 4 star rating, otherwise it would be a 5 star place. I would definitely bool here again! "

"We don’t want to leave. In short, beautiful views (from condo and rooftop, where no one goes. Almost your own private pool). The beach a hop and skip from the gate and the sand-water was amazing. Few maintenance items (ie, shower in master has water that runs out of the immediate area and soaks the rug if not careful, jacuzzi options in bath did not work - bummer). Would still highly recommend"
