"Spacious, clean and comfortable penthouse flat with large balcony which gets the sun virtually all day. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive...

"We had a lovely stay in these apartments in Jul/Aug 2023. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, the apartments were very spacious and it was great that the children each had their own bedroom. The apartments have everything required for a self catering holiday. The swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar is open from midday to 8:30pm. In my opinion it would be better if the bar opened earlier for morning coffee and breakfast. The complex is situated...

"The apartment is smaller than the photos portray but this is more than compensated by the great terrace and outside space. Location about 15 minutes at gentle pace walking to beach. A few checking in issues as no kettle and broken toaster. Also no operating instructions for hob and washing machine. Aitor the host very good in replying to the issues. Would say the apartment is priced about right but would not pay a lot more than £100 per night . ."

"Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again."
