Along with on-site water views, a private pool, and in-home entertainment features, this vacation rental also offers direct beach boardwalk access. The emerald fairways of Ocean Hammock Golf Course wind throughout the neighborhood and the clubhouse and amenity center are within walking distance, making this a great choice for a family golf-and-sea getaway. A quiet, adults-only community pool is also within walking distance of the home. Beach chairs and gear are provided for added convenience during your stay.

At home, go for a dip in the pool or fire up the gas grill for a poolside barbecue on the patio. Challenge friends and family to a few rounds of foosball or a match on the Ping-Pong table. A downstairs kitchenette/wet bar makes it easy to have morning coffee out on the patio or mix up cocktails for afternoon happy hours. There's a smart TV in the living room, along with each bedroom for flexible home entertainment. The stainless steel kitchen is ready and equipped for family-style meal prep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
