Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (9) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.
Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.
Alarm System: Do NOT attempt to use or arm the security system. You could be charged a false alarm fee due to a police response.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home, everything was clean and the space was incredibly comfortable. Very close to a lot of fun beaches we were able to enjoy. Also the local restaurants were great! I highly recommend spending your vacation here, we’ll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beachy Keen Retreat in Palm Coast FL and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The property itself is beautifully maintained and incredibly welcoming. The interiors are tastefully decorated, blending comfort and style effortlessly. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, made my stay enjoyable.

Well-equipped and comfortable

The house was stocked beyond expectations, the kitchen was equipped beyond expectations, and the communication from the host was above and beyond expectations. This is in one of the best sections of Indian Trails as well. We would definitely return.

A MUST STAY!!!!

My family and I stayed a week here and we all loved it! The house is beautiful, well kept, super comfortable, and spacious. It accommodated us with no problems. There is a double full bunk with a twin trundle that is perfect for kids. They have games for downtime in the evenings and an outdoor fire pit. We loved the location and that it was close to everything…. beach, shopping, activities, and more!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Nicely equipped home

We had a great 4 night stay! The home had plenty of room for our group of 5 and I would say it was large enough that a few more would fit comfortably. The bedrooms were a nice size and each had it's own television. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed to cook a few nights of our stay. There were beach towels provided, along with a cooler, fishing poles, boogie boards, etc. There were even 5-6 large umbrellas (which we unfortunately found too late) but it was nice that they were provided. I would definitely stay there again.

Best Value around !

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house with my young daughter, wife, and fur baby. We had a blast, the yard was fenced in for leash free fun. The location in Palm coast was ideal. We were able to hit the water park in Daytona, explore St. Augustine, and enjoy a relaxing day at Flagler beach. Jason & Valarie from I-trip were so responsive for any questions and check in was a breeze. The only thing I will plan differently next time is inviting the rest of my family because the space the house provides is incredible!
