This particular property hangs in the middle with the best value for its price point. It’s clean, working AC, working TV and the staff is friendly. There’s a mall with a grocery store close by along with restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. "We had a three-day family stay, and we were really impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at all times. We actually arrived early as our flight was in the morning and as our room wasn't ready, the receptionist offered us another room as good if not better as there were a few additions, including a coffee machine. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was very nice with ample selections for any taste. There is a shuttle bus to MOA, which is nearby and was very handy as we went there every day. An enjoyable stay at the hotel, and if in Manila again, we may well stay there again. "
