"The spa is fantastic, large choice of treatments. The hotel staff are very helpful, I had a problem with the TV and it was sorted out straightaway. Rooms are good size with lovely toiletries and refreshments."

The staff were spot on, very helpful and attentive. Lavenham itself is a very picturesque village, you feel you have been transported back to another era. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel location is fantastic, walking trail is on the door step, it’s so beautiful and peaceful with full of buttercups in the meadowlands. Wonderful National Trust Houses and Gardens like Melford Hall, Lavenham Guildhall and Ickworth all in 30 minutes driving. Besides the sound proof is weak, room #8 is good size for a single occupancy, although I paid for a double room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. "

"Definitely a place to remember and unwind after a busy time of work, whether that be holding which we hadn’t tried or enjoying a very nice view while having a drink to enjoying a relaxing time in their swimming pool. The food was spot on, affordable to the time we spend there. Definitely will return in the near future for another well needed time away from work."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The lodge we stayed in was perfectly suited to us. Loved the veranda and the table and chairs so we could sit outside in the evening with a view across the lawn and to the trees. Breakfast was a feast - only disappointment was that we were only there for one night. We plan to return and stay for longer next time. "
