"We booked this hotel for our son and his girlfriend as they are travelling through SE Asia and it was birthday. The room was amazing, the staff were excellent and they absolutely loved it. The hotel had a cake in the room on their arrival and had a birthday message on the bed. It was amazing. Thank you so much for making their stay so special."

"Very excellent service didn't ask for more even as I got drunk they still took care of me did not take advantage of the customers which is very good to me they weren't talking to him after I drank too much which I love that they kept himself and did their job very professional I would go back there and stay again and I will I love the very beautiful view of the river in the back they need a little work done to the back area finish and a little fencing for the back to be safe for the employee people to come there but other than that it's excellent view"

"The location and room were great but what made our experience truly amazing was the staff. They were so accommodating with logistics and special requests(like booking our train to Vang Vieng) but what really made them truly incredible was that my wife was feeling under the weather and we felt that they were caring and authentic with their concern for her. Somphon and Khai were amazing and the restaurant staff were top notch, I wish I knew all of their names. We have been lucky to travel a lot and we have learned that the staff is what makes a trip amazing and this staff was incredible!!! "
