This was probably the best hotel I ever been to. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are great, and very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing as well, and you get great service from the staff.

My stay was great. Unfortunately the hotel still has not released the pre authorized security deposit and it has been 20 days. We paid our balance in full and had no charges so there is no explanation as to why they have not released the hold.

We had to pay an extra fee to get into our room early, we did know the check in times but thought maybe thered be a little understanding after flying 17 hours straight.
