Welcome to Peri Pine's Retreat! Located in the serene beauty of Pagosa Springs, where adventure awaits you in the heart of the majestic San Juan Mountains. Peri Pines is a short drive to cafes, restaurants, and shopping, a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs, and conveniently located 30 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area.
Nestled in the woods, our home offers more than just a place to stay, it's an experience. This unique home was designed with contemporary furnishings, providing a perfect balance of modern sophistication and laid-back mountain vibes. The breathtaking surroundings provide a perfect cozy and inviting atmosphere. Whether you are sipping a warm cup of coffee by the fireplace or enjoying the company of your friends and family, this is the perfect environment for you to connect with nature and find your serenity.
The spacious living space features a cozy sectional for indulging in movie streaming on the 60” smart TV, unwinding by the fire, or engaging in games and cards with loved ones. Our contemporary kitchen is outfitted with all the necessary amenities for creating delicious meals, ensuring you're equipped with everything from morning brews to evening feasts, making you feel entirely at home. Gather with friends and family around the dining table, comfortably seating 8, to enjoy meals together.
Retire to your private haven after a day of mountain adventures. The master suite features a king size bed with plush bedding and tranquil ambiance and includes a 55” smart television. The spare bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind and each feature a queen size bed. You are guaranteed a restful night's sleep that will have you ready for another day of adventure. We have provided two twin roll-away beds for additional sleeping options if needed. These are stored in the master closet.
Peri Pine's Retreat is the perfect location with easy access to hiking trails, bike paths, and all the outdoor adventures the San Juan Mountains have to offer. The tranquil environment is a haven after a long day on Wolf Creek or after experiencing all the many cultural and physical activities that Pagosa Springs has to offer throughout the year. No matter what season you decide to come to Pagosa Springs, we are sure you will enjoy the beauty of Peri Pines Retreat!

Wolf Creek Ski Area – (30.9 miles). While the area is largely unknown outside of Colorado, it is beloved by powder hounds. Wolf Creek boasts epic snowfall, generally 465+ inches annually – more than any other ski resort in Colorado. Snow is so prolific here that the resort typically opens in October, giving it one of the longest seasons in the country.
Pagosa Springs – (6.6 miles). Named by the Southwestern Ute word, "Pagosah" which translates as, "healing waters." The all-natural, geothermal hot springs have been a driving attraction to the area for generations. The Mother Spring feeds all the geothermal pools and waterworks in Pagosa Springs and is certified as the world's deepest geothermal hot spring aquifer at a depth of over 1002 feet. The San Juan River runs through the town and is surrounded by the San Juan Mountains. Pagosa Springs has some of the most spectacular scenery and amazing hiking and hunting opportunities. You can enjoy seasonal festivals, craft beer, great restaurants and shopping, and live local music.
Treasure Falls – (21.8 miles). The name Treasure Falls came from Treasure Mountain, which as the legends goes, holds buried gold.
Durango – (56.6 miles). Founded in 1881, is home to La Plata Airport, the Railroad Museum, great restaurants, and shopping.

*NO Parties or Events. Weddings, receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties of any kind are Not Allowed at or on the property. The max occupancy for this home is 6 guests.
*Four-wheel drive, AWD vehicles, or tire chains are recommended during heavy snow periods. If your vehicle is not equipped with any of these items, you may have to wait for the snowplow to clear the main highway and subdivision roads.
