"First time staying at this hotel. It was very nice, front desk ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean, well-kept rooms. Pool water was clear and it appeared to be very clean. The hallways were very clean and kept as well. We had a quiet bunch and could not hear people in other rooms. We also could not hear the highway traffic. They offer breakfast with hot and cold continental items. No food allergy friendly, so plan accordingly. We know the area and we’re able to find it fine. The extra directional sign on the side road definitely helps, as there are several hotels in the area and it can seem like a maze to find the drive to the right one. The rooms are enclosed and safe - not open to the outside. "

"The Grand Victorian Hotel was great. I would definatly book this hotel again. All the staff did a great job from the front desk for check in to the check out. The staff did a great job ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I have to say the folks that do the breakfast worked hard to keep everyone happy. Service was excellent."
