"Great but bummed that the weather wasn’t up to par and that the indoor waterpark was being worked on and we couldn’t even do mini golf or some of the arcade because of construction so we left the resort and spent our money elsewhere :( "

"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us to fit our needs. (I was expecting with this wonderful upgrade there would have been some kind of up charge) NOT at all. They upgraded us to a condo where we had more than enough room!!! Along with our stay the staff there were very helpful! We will definitely be back."

"I liked the size of the water parks, it was perfect for a little one without feeling overwhelmed. There wasn't anything for food options but it was easy to hop in the car to grab something with all the restaurants nearby."
