"Loved the property and communications from the owner was lovely. The house is beautiful, comfortable and warm. For us the location was great but we didnt get to explore the village as we were visiting family. Our only hicup was with Vrbo and their booking and communication was not good I'm so grateful the manager was on the ball and made up for the lack of communication ftom Vrbo."

"My wife and I with another couple stayed at this lovely cottage. We had a really great time here. It is perfect for 2 couples cos have 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs you have plenty space for whatever you planning. Kitchen has all you need if you decide to cook."

"From the start communication was great with Lianne. She even emailed us to say we could get checked in slightly earlier than planned. House immaculate, all rooms at high standard. Loads of glasses, plates etc for large group, really well stocked. Hot tub was easy to use and at a perfect temperature, towels and plastic cups stocked at back door so easy to take to the tub. "Lovely hotel with fabulous friendly staff in a great location. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite with hot tub which was a lovely surprise. Easy walk down the hill to Bowness-On-Windermere. Just a bit of feedback with the Room. Not enough plug sockets in lounge area. The safe was located at top of wardrobe and neither myself or my daughter could reach. "
