"Bad customers services and ridiculously inflated prices.Be very careful and step out to buy every thing you need yourself as they multiply prices by 5 times Don’t change your money to the local currency at the hotel too.They will reap you off! When booking online you are paying almost twice the price real price due to big difference in official currency exchange rate and the market rate. Room service/ cleaning should be improved as they are not always to the hotel general quality. Breakfast is not bad but need more supervision to check coffee machines and dishes."

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
