This sweet newly remodeled cottage is tucked away right off of 441 South! Located only 7 miles from Franklin & only 16 miles from Clayton, GA. This home is stocked with everything you may need.

You have 1 bedroom with 1 Queen bed & a full bath. In living room you have an addition pull out Sofa bed (Queen), Smart TV, & Wi-Fi! The kitchen comes 2-in-1 coffee maker brew yourself a whole pot or just 1 cup if you would like!
NO PETS.

It is centrally located to all the activities western NC has to offer-
Gem Mining, Hiking, Rafting, Tubing, Waterfalls, Fishing and a short drive to The Smokey Mountain National Forest, Biltmore Estate, Helen, GA, Nantahala Outdoor center, The Dragons Tail, Gatlinburg, TN, Blairsville, GA, Highlands.

The property manager went above and beyond communicating with restaurants and activities in the area. Wish the bed was more comfortable but great stay.

Home Away From Home

This property is exactly as listed. It is a beautiful spacious cottage with all the amenities one needs. It is super-clean and modern. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The location was great for our different day trips. It was so nice to be able to come back after a day of hiking and sight seeing and relax. We liked being able to fix dinner and watch TV without being around other people. This was by far the most relaxing trip we've had in a long time. We will be back next time we plan a trip to this area.

Cute Red Door Cottage

This is a cute cottage for a great weekend getaway from the city life. One of the most hospitable places we have stayed through VRBO!! The owner had a selection of sodas and snacks available at our arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. We are used to the typical coffee, but this was a bonus treat of how thoughtful they were to provide. What some fail to forget is that the small things can mean a lot to someone. To some this is probably silly, but to others it makes you realize, hey these owners treat you like they would like to be treated and that goes a long ways. Definitely would recommend the cottage to others, but please keep in mind you do have to drive a few miles to get to things surrounding you. We drove into Cherokee for the day and it was an easy 45- minute drive 😁

This cottage was great! Clean, spacious, well appointed and perfectly provisioned. Everything we could have wanted. The hosts thought of everything. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to book our next trip!

Perfect location

We found the property to be close enough to Dillard and Franklin. The location was quiet and clean. It had everything we needed for a long weekend trip. The pots, pans and appliances were all in great shape. We are planning our trip for next year to stay here again!
