The Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow is the pearl of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst region, ideally located between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden and perfect for a family holiday that leaves nothing to be desired. The 42 m² apartment Dünenidylle awaits you in a modern atmosphere on the 3rd Upper floor of the apartment complex Zwei Wasser. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator. The view over the Saaler Bodden is fantastic. The main building in which the apartment is located, the Old Maritime School, was built between 1847 and 1849 and used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. Via the hall, equipped with a wardrobe, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you can access the large, light-flooded living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a lounge chair. The modern living area is supplemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four shell chairs in a bright design. The bedroom is bright and friendly in the style of a yacht club. Comfortable box spring beds (180cm x 200cm) invite you to dream. Bedside tables, night lamps and a wardrobe with an integrated safe for your valuables safe complete the bedroom. The bathroom is en suite to your bedroom. The stylish bathroom with modern tiles in warm tones impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large vanity with a base cabinet and a towel radiator. Small details such as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror complete the bathroom. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with an integrated dryer for your clothes. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living area. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. The apartment is equipped with a design flooring. Due to the south orientation you have a unique view into the distance. The NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous cooking accessories for a dinner for two. The rental office, a vending machine and the bread service are located in the main building. An underground parking space can be booked for your apartment. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room.
