"Very good food we were late getting in kitchen was closed and the ladies opened the kitchen for us and cooked us something to eat very quaint Victorian style home. Beautiful views rooms were small but comfortable."

"We stayed in Dome 1 and it had a lovely view of the woods and lake. The surroundings and the dome itself were quiet and serene. The Dome was outfitted beautifully and all of the conviences you would need. This is a great place to unplug, rest and reconnect with nature. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this experience. For additional information, if you like to prepare foods or want to eat on site, the dome has a good set up for this. If you are looking to eat out, everything is a 15 to a 25 minute drive. There are hiking trails very close to the Domes but I would not consider the property or surrounding neighborhood walkable. The domes also have views of the lake but there is not direct access to it. You would have to drive to the lake public entrance. "

Cabin was equipped perfectly for 2 people, and was very cozy and welcoming! If you're looking for an offgrid experience i would definitely recommend, I am 100% looking forward to booking again! "

"This is a very nice place for two people for a getaway. Hot tube is a great addition. It is a tiny house so storage space is a premium so keep that in mind. I stayed with my daughter and when we weren’t out, we found that we had enough space to prepare meals, sit and watch TV. If you are very tall then the sleeping area may be an issue. I am not and had no issues."

"Captain Gary's place is fantastic. It has amazing scenery and is very peaceful. Gary put in a lot of effort provided his guests with fun things to do, we enjoyed the dartboard and kayaking especially. Gary is super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the time there! Scott C"

"Amazing location and setting for a quiet time on the Eastern Shore area (as show in listing photos). The main attraction for us was the private peninsula setting and classic cottage design with great views. Location is best for enjoying the cottage rather than taking sightseeing outings or dining (we did both but the drive times are longer). Would recommend to friends!"
