As expected for the money
Staff and breakfast ok, decoration and shower dilapidated, sound proofing between rooms poor. Handy if you want to be near the railway station. Room needed hoovering behind the bed. Minimum of soap and toilet paper. Had secure parking which I didnt use.

Very old and outdated room, pretty scary at night. No blackout curtain and uncomfortable mattress. Wifi connection was pretty bad in the room. Wifi only works well in the dining/reception hall. Only few staff speak English and it was hard to communicate. Only positive - cheap yet good breakfast offered & very close to the train station.

Decent hotel for an inexpensive stay close to the train station. Old building, but rooms reasonably well maintained. No elevator - suitcases must be carried up stairs. Breakfast could be improved.

Near station.
No record of booking when we arrived. Stayed four nights only had hot water on one occasion. Hotel literature said kitchen was open till 21.00, yet we were turned away one evening at 20.30. The only member of staff who seamed to carry was the lovely lady at breakfast. Only excellent point five minutes walk from station. Don't bother, go elsewhere.

Authentic Ostrava Experience
This is not a high end luxurious experience, but full of character. Warm and cozy. Staff were lovely. We were about to run out after check-out, to find our own taxi, but they encouraged us to stay for a quick breakfast (included in room rate) while they called a taxi for us. Very easy access to central train station.

Convenient
We stayed here to break up the train trip to Kraków. The manager of hotel spoke excellent English and was very friendly and helpful. Large buffet breakfast was nice to wake up to. This wasn't our favorite hotel, it's a little run down and other staff wasn't as friendly but it's just a few minutes by walking to the train station.

The manager was the best
Yes the hotel is old Europe, but the QUALITY if service, food and hosts were top shelf. So glad we stopped there from Krakow to Prauge
