"Great location "

"Het verblijf in het appartement was prima. Mooi ruim verblijf, dat stijlvol is ingericht. Ook het keukentje is van alle gemakken voorzien, er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Badkamer erg netjes. Men moet wel trap kunnen lopen, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Informatie over de omgeving in overvloed aanwezig. Ook de door ons meegebrachte fietsen konden onderdak gestald worden. (Er zijn zelfs twee fietsen te huur) Er is een grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Aardige eigenaren, waarvan de gastvrouw...

The owner first said the check in code would be sent to me 7 days before we arrive. I sent an email / website message to follow up 7 days ahead, no response. I sent another email / website message 2 days before, no response, i sent an email / message one day before, still no response. So ignoring me. The day i arrived, we were locked out, i tried to call them with our Canada cell...

"First of all, the entry key pad to the property did not work. Tried pulling the entry door, it opened. It lead to a flight of dark stairs. Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. Customer service insisted there were guests. So tried to climb the dark stairs with luggage and found there was another flight of stairs hidden from view. Took that reached the apartment and...

"Wife really loved the place. I like the in room laundry, so a nice stop on longer trips. Room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Good location and the underground Opera parkade was clean and secure. Did not cost as much as I was figuring I’d be hosed for."
