7月に宿泊しましたが、とにかく虫が多くて大変でした。ロビーにも隣の茶屋にもうじゃうじゃ虫がたくさんいて、子供も凄く嫌がっていました。虫除けスプレー必須です。 部屋や共用部分の洗面台、トイレはきれいに清掃されてましたので、夏以外は快適に過ごせると思います。

時間に縛られず鳴子温泉郷の湯めぐりに最適な宿＆ロケーションでした。 隣接する「五湯茶屋」、徒歩数分にコンビニもあり素泊まりで何も不都合を感じない。 部屋、共同のトイレ・洗面台・大型冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・電気ケトル・バスルームすべてにおいて清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。 オーナーが凄く自然体で会話がとても楽しかったです。色々な心遣いに感謝しかありません！ 清潔で自由な雰囲気な宿でコスパ超最高！ 次回はもっとロングステイしたいと思います。

予約が入っているのにも関わらず、それを忘れる中々な宿。 雨の中、セルフで扉を開け、電気付けて、整頓もされていないロビーで小一時間待ちました。外から見られたら完全に不審者状態… 後から来た担当外？スタッフのオバチャンも困ってました。 このスタッフさんの一生懸命さだけが唯一の救い。 あちこち色々宿泊しましたが初めて！
