"Absolutely incredible stay! Filippo is the best host with great recommendations on food and where to go, and made sure I was set with absolutely everything (even walked me to the bus to make sure I got the right one for Villa Adriana). The property is beautiful and historic, and perfectly located to central Tivoli. It is in a popular piazza, which does mean it can be a little noisy, so bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper and you'll be just fine! Short walk to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana and amazing food and drink all around. I hope to come back and recommend to anyone staying in Tivoli. Grazie mille Filippo!"

"Lovely boutique hotel. Our room was impeccably clean and perfectly comfortable with immaculate bedding and room well appointed! The owner was so kind and accommodating, brought our luggage up and down the stairs to the hotel. Lovely visit. Would definitely stay again. "
